Life of opportunity

“I now believe that my future is something I can build.”

Before EGO came to our school, I knew I wanted to be successful, but I had never really thought about what that meant or how I would get there.

During the EGO session, we learned about purpose, vision, goal setting, and the importance of taking small steps towards our dreams. We were encouraged to write down our goals and think about the kind of woman we wanted to become.

That session changed the way I looked at myself and my future. I stopped seeing my dreams as something far away and started working towards them one step at a time.

I set a personal goal for myself, stayed committed, and was able to achieve it. It made me realize that I am capable of more than I thought.

EGO didn’t just teach me about setting goals; they helped me believe that I could achieve them.

"They gave me wings to fly higher than I ever imagined possible."

Woman in business

Woman in business

“For the first time, I felt that someone saw the sacrifices behind my business.”

Running my business is not always easy. Every day, I work hard to provide for my family and contribute to my community, but sometimes the struggles behind that work go unnoticed.

When EGO came to the market to celebrate mothers in business, I felt seen and appreciated. They reminded us that the work we do is important—not only to our families but also to the economy and our communities.

That day was more than a celebration for me. It gave me renewed confidence and reminded me that my efforts matter.

I left feeling encouraged to keep going, keep growing my business, and continue building a better future for my family.

EGO reminded me that women like me are not just mothers or business owners—we are contributors, providers, and builders of our communities.
